Service terms and Conditions
Gardiner Cycles carry out all repairs and servicing with care and expertise. By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorise us to complete the necessary work and supply materials at your cost. We may road test your vehicle or transport it to trusted subcontractors if needed. Please note that your vehicle, its accessories, and contents remain your responsibility while in our care.
Claims for faulty work and or materials must be made in writing within 14 days after the return of the vehicle to the customer. Such claim (if any) shall be limited solely to the rectification free of charge of the faulty work and/or material and the customer shall have no claim for loss consequential or otherwise arising there from.
The customer acknowledges that any quotation given for repairs shall be regarded as an estimate only.
Product warranty
All products sold by Gardiner Cycle are covered by a warranty as per statutory requirements.
Our practices align with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission. As a result, we are not required to provide a refund, credit or exchange in the following circumstances.
When no proof of purchase is provided (original Invoice)
When the customer has caused the fault or damage to the goods
When the defect was known to the customer before purchase
When the customer has simply changed their mind or made an incorrect selection
